Company Let Explained
Silverfin Properties may take on suitable properties under a company let agreement, with Silverfin Properties acting as the tenant rather than an individual residential tenant .
The property is operated as serviced accommodation for corporate guests, contractors, relocation clients, professionals and leisure visitors, in line with the agreed terms.
Company lets are commercial arrangements and are generally treated differently from standard ASTs or assured residential tenancies. All terms are agreed clearly in writing before proceeding.
